    Great people especially the technicians.
The good thingsMost of the technicians are highly skilled and experienced. I have learned everything I know on engines, outboard and inboard motors from them. The management there is also good. They're a bit strict but favors the good of both the company and the employees.
The challengesWorking on an entry level here is difficult especially for people like me who was not built for heavy lifting jobs. You'll encounter machines weighing up to 300kgs and up. Field work is also difficult because you would be located at different parts of the country.
