    Excellent expirience, also they have a very good food.
    The good thingsI enjoy a lot of things in casino industry especially the 2 days restday. Also we have plenty of benifits there like the health card and bonuses.
    The challengesThey need to improve is the salary, it should be competitive like in the other casino company they pay their people enough.

    Good, but it depends on your department.
    The good thingsI liked the friendly employees you get to know and be friends with, not all are nice though. Also loved the benefits that come with the employment.
    The challengesDepartmental struggles (unfair schedules, leave approvals, questioning your sick leaves and still forcing you to go to work even if you REALLY aren't feeling well, favoritism, etc.) Their HR Department can do better. This department gave me the most headache during deployment and when leaving the company.

    The good thingsSalary is very good + the service charge is high, benefits are also great compared to other companies.
    The challengesThe work is very stressful, too much workload, that's why a lot of team members are resigining. Also there is toxic superiority culture.
