Good, but it depends on your department. The good thingsI liked the friendly employees you get to know and be friends with, not all are nice though. Also loved the benefits that come with the employment.
The challengesDepartmental struggles (unfair schedules, leave approvals, questioning your sick leaves and still forcing you to go to work even if you REALLY aren't feeling well, favoritism, etc.) Their HR Department can do better. This department gave me the most headache during deployment and when leaving the company.
