The challengesI worked there for 2 years and I wasn't able to get an increase. They are not competitive. The reasoning for not getting an increase is because of our clients. Promises that were broken. In grade promise but never really happen. We were the first batch that received the new compensation. Compared to the people we are working with, same work load but lower pay. Felt degraded as an employee
