Low salary rate, low night differential, holiday pay is questionable. HMO? Hmmm. Well they have in house HMO but I don't know how they process this just ask the employees if they want inhouse HMO.. Lol.
The good thingsOm's, OP's and other Staff's were great and professional.

    Great company, even better workforce!
The good thingsThe team here at Smiles works together to create amazing results for our clients. With great incentives and perks, we are all motivated to go above and beyond. I have loved my time at Smiles so far. Communication with senior members of the company is always open and transparent.
The challengesI love everything about this company and cannot recommend it highly enough to my friends.

    Fun at work!
The good thingsI enjoy the camaraderie between the employees. From the facilities team, agents, managers up to the owners, everybody is friendly. Everybody is willing to help you. I guess the upper management was able to do this by constantly providing activities that will further forge strong bonds between everybody. Smiles on Demand has quarterly parties, team building activities (almost every month!), outreach programs, pay per view weekends (like the Paquiao pay per view fight), huge TV at the pantry right across the pingpong table, the company dogs (Coco and Smiley) and a lot more that promotes positivity.
The challengesIt's a growing company so they are very particular when it comes to following procedures. They are very lenient when it comes to enforcing their own policy but very strict in making sure each agent follows their respective accounts procedures which I think is a must for every BPO company. If you're a performer, you can easily climb up the ladder.

    Amicable.
The good thingsThe workforce tended to work together and find solutions and answers on daily hurdles. General environment of middle management and subordinates was very friendly and healthy.
The challengesIn as much as the company would want to be diverse and productive, this was not the case. Too much meddling from upper management made diversity a non-existent word.
