    The challenges Humiliation from the assigned Regional Manager in front of the Ranks at the Selling area. Leadership must publicly commit to change and model respectful behavior. Overloaded work beyond the duties and responsibilities of a Selling Manager, Poor communication, and Transparency.

    The challengesMicromanagement. Too much workload with insufficient manpower. 6-day work but already compressed 5-day work week. Always have Opening Closing shifting when you speak up for, they will tell you to go back to 6-day work. No work-life balance and have a stressful and toxic environment.

    Ok for work experience as a fresh graduate
    The good thingsGood benefits, always pays on time, SM name is gud for resume.
    The challengesheavy office politics, too much gossip that its normal. In my department, they tend to trashtalk other employees or our teammates when they are not present. Our new hires barely last 1 year and they awol/resign. So their workload transfers to the remaining employees :/ The equipment is very outdated that it makes work slow. Our pc is in windows 7/8. Im resigning less than 1 year since the low salary + 10 hours work is not worth it, and the cancer office drama.

    Organized, Safe and Employees Protection and Security is great
    The good thingsSM Retail is one of the companies I am most proud to work with. Their operations, processes, and departments that are handling each issue are complete. They have CRO who takes care of security issues, Treasury who handles money matters, and Accounting who does the auditing. You won't worry that you will miss something because there are departments you can turn to when you need something to verify, If it's employee security, I can say that SM is the best.
    The challengesThe time. I usually work from morning till night. As the branch head, I think that is fair enough.

    The challengesNo career growth. I have colleagues that have been on the same position as design officer for 7 years. It is an unwritten rule to not file OT. Lots of bosses who prioritize different things therefore revisions and unclear instructions.
