Great work-life balance with a supportive WFH setup, but room for improvement in bonuses and HR communication.
The good thingsI really appreciate that the company provides HMO coverage from day one, which shows a great commitment to employee well-being. The WFH setup is also fantastic, offering flexibility and convenience. It's a great environment that prioritizes both health and work-life balance.
The challengesOne area for improvement is the lack of employee bonuses, which would be a great way to recognize and reward hard work. Additionally, the Human Resources contact could be more responsive and efficient. These are areas where the company could improve to enhance the overall employee experience.

My experience with my previous employer was characterized by efficient hiring processes, supportive HR management, and valuable opportunities for professional growth, despite challenges such as manual attendance recording.
The good things• Efficient Hiring Process: The hiring process is fast-paced, provided you have your requirements prepared on time. The HR Department handles the rest efficiently. • Thorough Client Preparation: The HR Department ensures that you are well-informed about the details of the designated client you will work with. • Accessible HMO Benefits: The company offers HMO benefits that are easy to use, providing seamless access to consultation services. • Timely Salary Crediting: Salaries are credited on time, sometimes as early as 8 am, ensuring financial reliability. • Supportive HR Department: The HR Department is understanding regarding personal concerns, such as taking leave when unwell, with transparent payroll deductions if leave balances are exhausted. • Accommodating with Follow-ups: The HR team is very accommodating in terms of follow-ups, especially concerning the submission of manual Daily Time Records (DTR). • Positive Client Assignment: Being assigned to a well-known bank provided a good working environment that supports job performance.
The challenges• Manual DTR Process: The manual submission of Daily Time Records (DTR) can be time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies in attendance tracking and payroll management.

Good experience for a first timer consultant!
The good thingsThey provide an excellent treatment to me and other employees. Assist on my concerns right away.
The challengesBetter to inform regarding your intent to have a raise in your salary a couple of months before your contract end date. Otherwise, it will be delayed.

Ideal for fresh graduates, but only offers government-mandated benefits. That's it.
The good things- Applicant gets hired quickly, recruiters will process the rest. - Ideal for beginners, fresh graduates who only needs a work experience. - Can ask for higher salary or increase (depending on experience).
The challenges- Unusual salary cut-offs, causing difficulties in updating our bills. - HR/project coordinators are not that responsive in queries (but kudos to my recruiter for responding to my queries quickly). - Only offers government-mandated benefits (e.g. 5 statutory leaves, no bereavement, no bonuses etc.). - No HMO card, only the control number was provided. This will be difficult since most of the hospitals are requiring the patients to have their health card with them. -The daily-time record logging is still manual (via paper/spreadsheet), despite being an IT consultant firm.
