The good thingsThey support you for your professional growth and gives you the best experience as they can. They can give you assistance when your family member got sick and if you are in trouble of money for they provide loan assistance for the employees. A lot of trainings and seminars are also provided just to keep the staffs updated about the trends on healthcare system..
The challengesI was challenged for working six for almost six days a week for we are understaffed. Being patient enough in dealing not just with the patients but also their significant others by making sure that their patient will recieve the best care they deserve.
