    The challengesThe steep learning curve for a fresh graduate with no prior experience was overwhelming, as they had to quickly adapt to industry terminology, company systems, and workflows. Balancing multiple tasks and requiring on-the-job learning were some of the challenges.

    The challengesDuring the first month of being here took me more time to adjust as it was my first experience in the BPO industry. So this is one of my honest review, in this company they take skills over your experience. Despite me having no work experience they still took me in despite those things.
