    I would recommend Six Eleven as your first BPO experience.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the task that I did there, and the people around helps me overcome my fear especially in my newbie days.
    The challengesThe challenges sometimes is the leads. I handled three different campaigns, both taking inbound and outbound calls.
