    Working here will enhance your creativity and skills in Planning and Design.
    The good thingsIt was collectively a good experience. I got exposed to lots of Site works and was highly encouraged to explore my creativity. My mentors guided me closely but at the same time let me have my moments when it comes to design. Their projects were fun. The load wasn't that heavy because I had another Junior Architect working with me.
    The challengesCommunication wasn't that clear when the pandemic hit. HR was not as responsive. If the Pandemic wasn't as bad as it was, I would still be working here.
