Learned a lot in a hard way.
The good things- Benefits and bonuses. - Sports and events. - Learning another language. - Job security. - Chance to work abroad. - Relaxed office ambiance. - Well compensated overtimes. - Trainings and seminars. - Paid leaves. - Good HMO.
The challenges- Company and office culture. - Unreasonable bond contract. - Career development is questionable. - Training is not 'state of the art' like what was written in the contract. - The president is almost the only one striving for excellence. - Some employees were not mature enough to think and act professionally. - Pressures employess to be a family and friends outside the office which leads to unnecessary conflicts.

    Good for Fresh Grads
The good thingsThe management has its flaws, but the camaraderie you have with your teammates is so great it offsets all the negative things inside the office.
The challengesIt seems the management does not listen to what the employees say. The salary is low, but there are bonus so if you know how to save then everything is good.
