    Rampant Retrenchment
The good thingsColleagues are fun to be with, benefits compensated.
The challengesChallenges are especially SGS ROHQ: Two times retrenchment (usually newbies and with 5 to 10 years experience) in this year, but they keep on hiring with those vacant positions left by those retrenched employees. Management should give more care to their people and hear their people’s side since this is not only about business.
