    The good thingsTeamwork, People-first, Client-focused, Deadline driven, Good Admin/HR support, on time salary.
    The challengesDelayed yearly salary increase, Delayed signing of contract for promotion even though they have said that your already promoted but no update of contract and increase in salary.

    The good thingsI don't see any good things working in the company as a consultant. Had a really terrible exp there.
    The challengesEverything! Their handling and management process, the voice out process, etc are all terrible.

    Seven Seven's "Malasakit"
    The good thingsThe right amount of culture. Minimal to no politics. From upper management to clients, show malasakit to its resources.
    The challengesThough there are trainings and certifications being provided, I am hoping that there would be more of it to further develop even entry level resources to build their skillsets.
