    The good thingsThe company has a very positive and supportive work environment where you genuinely feel like part of a family. The culture is collaborative with open communication, mutual respect, and strong teamwork. It provides plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skills while being empowered to take on new challenges.
    The challengesThere are no major challenges—just the need to keep up with a talented and driven team, which is also very supportive and makes the experience motivating. Overall, it’s a great place for both personal and professional growth.

There is a strong focus on professional development as well with opportunities for training and growth relevant in my field. My coworkers are approachable and transparent. Managers and leads are all supportive, they provide clear direction and constructive feedback. They also respect your time if you are currently on leave, or you already logged out from work so there's a life work balance.

    Seven Seven is a great company
    The good thingsFirst time after 7 Years in my career, this company offered a salary more than I asked them. My coworkers and I are like a family, making the work more fun. Have benefits that my previous employer doesn't offer. I'm also grateful that they offer WFH set-up which eliminates challenges of commuting to work everyday.
    The challengesHas PE for SI but the reward received doesn't materialize on the contributions performed.
