    Very low salary, heavy workload
The good thingsFacility is good, average equipments are being used.
The challengesThe task given to the employees doesn't equate to the salary being offered by the company. Regardless of your employment background, skills and the last salary you had with your previous company, servicesource will still offer you the same rate standard to everyone. It's one of the lowest paying company in BGC.

    not for sales people
The good thingsBasic Salary is competitive.
The challenges-Commissions are very low and unstructured. (quarterly) Most of the time, reps would only see their commission on their payslip already, no computation, no explanation at all. If you are money driven, have been with sales for a long time then I wouldn't recommend this company at all. -I feel like they fear their clients so much that they tend to neglect their employees. - Micromanagement exist

Different than BPO, in a GREAT way!
The good thingsB2B Sales / Account Management work is more challenging than BPO The company culture is by far the best in the industry Leadership development and training happens all year long, not one time big time like many BPOs Sr. Management and support groups work well together
The challengesHMO covers 2 dependents PTO earned not given right out of the gate

Great office environment with open door policy. None to minimum salary disputes.
The good thingsOpen door policy - you can report any harassment, annual evaluation for managers and all ServiceSource Departments. They have this Emerging Leaders Program that can, if not promote you to an SM1, give you skillset you have never had before and take you away of your comfort zone into the zone which can only benefit you.
The challengesI see no challenges at all but some office relationship issues (professional) as usual. The management will give you a higher quota than what is expected by the actual clients which sometimes may get to be a little pain in the back.

Servicesource is a good place to stay for tenured BPO employees with more than 3 years of experience
The good thingsClean bathrooms, clean workstations, never ran out of tissues, friendly management, get free shirt and thermal thumbler, Dedicated station per rep, lots of resources and freebies. Weekend off
The challengesYou won't be able to take a leave during end of quarter. Need to get a better vendor for their concerssionaires.
