    Real equal opportunity employer.
The good thingsTalent = Success. There may be a little career advancement if what you are looking for is a "juicy title." There is no such a thing as advancement ladder. But hey, who needs the title when you are already paid more than the average salary of the same tier. High Risk = High Rewards! There is some turnover of employees for not meeting the required standard of performance. But hey, you are paid to bring results not just to go to the office and log in.
The challengesNone so far. The pros outweighs the possible cons. The benefits and rewards are worth the risks. The positives are greater than the negatives. Recommended for outgoing and introverts alike. So there is really no challenge except for personal challenge of meeting your quotas, deadline or performance review.

The good thingsThe opportunity to work closely with the CEOs is great, as they guide me with my work and I learn a lot from them. HR is very friendly and helpful. My manager goes above and beyond to help me with my goals. My colleagues are very talented and friendly. I've been working here for 3 years now, and enjoy it very much. I have recommended 3 of my most talented and closest friends to work here, and they have enjoyed it as much as I have.
The challengesCan't think of any at the moment. I guess the company is lean like a start-up. There aren't levels or \"climbing the corporate ladder\" if that's what you're looking for. I enjoy this as I've worked for tech start-ups since my first job out of college.

    Small but
The good thingsThe CEOs are transparent about goals of profitability and when the company made mistakes. It's possible to talk to everyone because the Company is small. Flexible schedule with flexible rules. Relaxed environment.
The challengesSome of the changes for the client facing roles are lightning quick. Little career advancement; little training

    The best yet
The good thingsThis company gives lots of learning opportunities for all. They understand that their employees are an integral part of the organization. And so, they always think of how they could make their employees happy in both their personal and professional life. The activities are great, and you will never feel like your working.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is probably the time difference, but communication is still not a hard task.

    Good company, good people
The good thingsThe company is lean, you pretty much know everybody. Gossips are not tolerated so you'll feel safe and not judged here. Management is good and kind. Teammates are awesome. You get to meet and talk to the CEOs. You'll definitely learn a lot of pure awesomeness. I have learned so much in just a few months here compared to years I've spent as an employee elsewhere.
The challengesI experienced no difficulties. Maybe more activities to build the camaraderie between the callers and the technical team.
