    The good thingsCompany is not afraid of change. Listens to its employees. Willing to grow with you. Appreciates social values thru Team Buildings and Quarterly activities. Employees are closely knit. Has a great Retirement Plan which includes investing. Open to train employees as necessary. Pays your government obligations for you. Has Travel incentives.
    The challengesShould have a stronger sense of Company Rules. Must streamline the incentive programs particularly the performance/yearly increase.
