Great friends, low salary and no chance of going up
The good thingsChill workplace, great people, good job experience
The challengesToo much demands for too little salary compensation with no chance of getting raised to what is initially offered, little to no employee benefits, incentives are only up to what is legally required, would rather hire new employees than nurture senior employees with higher salaries and more benefits. Too much work for so little pay.

Unorganized and a 24hour round the clock job
The good thingsThe process was fast for recruitment.
The challengesIt seemed like there was no coordination whatsoever for a work from home setup in regards to providing the equipment even though it was initially promised.

Working for the company is a rewarding experience.
The good thingsI was treated well and paid fairly. In the time of crisis, my colleagues and I get to work from home despite the company policy for protecting our clients' assets, putting the needs and safety of the employees first. The work from home setup continues even after travel restrictions in NCR eased up a bit, to keep protecting the health and safety of the employees and allowing us to keep working.
The challengesThere have been significant changes in the way we do work in the last few years. Some of these changes had to be learned in the course of a few months. There is a lot of effort to get used to the changes in the work protocols without affecting our work, but there is little change (i.e. rise) in compensation.

Management don't value long term employees
The good thingsSalary is good for fresh grad
The challengesNo pay raise, need to monitor projects even on weekends, management would rather hire new employees than to keep the senior ones.

The company is losing its key players due to management.
The good thingsOpportunity to build connections internationally.
The challengesThe new management is unfortunately inefficient. They don't understand how the production and client operations actually works in the front line. Capacity is just another word for them.

    New management doesn't value employees
The good thingsVery friendly coworkers, an otherwise chill working environment
The challengesThe management would rather lose good employees than raise their salaries. They would rather take losses when the newer employees take over the work left by the seniors who left rather than trying to make the seniors stay in the first place. Don't expect raises or bonuses other than what is legally required.

The new management is leeching the life out of employees
The good thingsThe people in the production floor are very friendly.
The challengesThere is no chance to go up. Salary and benefits are subpar and management is incompetent.
