Very Very Low Salary and Inconsiderate Management
The good thingsFlexible work schedule, flexible use of leaves.
The challengesThe noticeable imbalance between the workload assigned and the non-competitive salary offered. Management often expects a high standard of work despite relatively low compensation and limited benefits. Even after regularization, employee benefits remain minimal. Employees who perform fieldwork are not provided with insurance, and there is NO consideration for those who use their personal vehicles for work-related duties. Career development opportunities are also lacking. Overtime for officer-level positions and above is generally unpaid, even though the workload is often comparable to that of rank-and-file employees. This creates an environment that can feel unfair and unsustainable. The IT department, in particular, is often treated as separate from the rest of the organization rather than as a fully integrated part of the company. Additionally, parking is only allowed to higher management despite there being available space that could accommodate other employees.

Good starting point, experience wise, you'll learn. Minimum Wage with no transparent plan on raise. Employee discount is a plus
The good thingsGood starting point for fresh graduates like me. Will handle the whole operation, so wide scope of work
The challengesSome employees had crab mentality and would like for 'fairness' even if they are not fair themselves

The challengesI enjoyed working here not just for the basic salary but for the customer always coming back because of good service they received and delicious foods.
