    The good thingsColleagues, but the sharp ones have long been gone, only a few handful are left.
    The challengesPerformance penalty. Efficiency and hardwork are different. If a person can efficiently do a job in 1 to 2 hours, people should be rewarded. Hardworking people can finish a job in 8 hours and can still deliver a poor job. One of the most difficult things in working in this company is the preference to flatterers, rather than high equity skills and literacy. There will be no progress if that is the conditions of the work environment.
