Before the pandemic, they used to have varied activities for the employees including company Christmas parties in Okada, so there is excellent work-life balance. There are also good benefits - in my department they give you a company laptop and work phone, as well as proper health care after being regularized. Salary is given on time as well.
The challengesNo salary increase for two years already. Most of the stress is how the management is handling the adjustment to the pandemic. I sincerely hope they can adjust to a new normal and provide some assistance to their employees. They say that one of their important values is "Family", but honestly, it is not felt. E-mailed memorandums on health will not help if our actual needs and concerns aren't listened to.
Please treat your employees as actual human beings and not just as an investment.
