    The good thingsPeople are generally kind hearted, focused and knowledgeable about their job. There are processes and systems in place which makes work more organized. Benefits are good and is inclusive of the employees family members.

    The challengesNone so far, okay maybe the people ha! Lots of workers are 40+ of age. If you are a millenial and likes to vibe around younger people, you may find it hard to do at San Miguel hehe
