    The challengesToo much politics, takes years for regularization, bosses do not know what they are doing and relies heavily on staffs. No career advancements, HR does not care for the employees. Referrals alone will get you to work in the company, qualifications do not matter. This reflects the culture not just in Archen but the whole SMC organization.
