3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
I enjoyed working as an instructor because by this I teaches the student at the same time I also learned and acquired new important knowledge that I may use for the future purposes.
The good thingsI enjoyed my workmates because we help each other if there is another task given and we share knowledge that will be use to minimize the time for working and the pressure in working instructional requirements such as instructional, research, extension, and production.
The challengesThough being an instructor is a challenging because of many responsibilities and duties given for each instructor aside from teaching but because of this it helps me to grow more and to work even under pressures.
