    The challengesTOO MUCH POLITICS. LEADERS ARE NOT REAL LEADERS. THEY JUST PRETEND TO BE GREAT WHEN THEY ARE NOT. SALARY IS TOO LOW. EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE VOICES.
