    The good thingsLight workload is all i can say.
    The challengesIf you like being micro managed, this is the place to be. Smelly ops floor, tiny pantry, no sleeping quarters, no annual increase, false promises, lack of structure,,, the list goes on. Dont be fooled be the offering salary because they add the the night diff in it.

    The challengesTOO MUCH POLITICS. LEADERS ARE NOT REAL LEADERS. THEY JUST PRETEND TO BE GREAT WHEN THEY ARE NOT. SALARY IS TOO LOW. EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE VOICES.

    First point of contact for all existing employees and clients and visitors/guests. Greeting guests and informing members of guest arrival. Taking phone calls, giving instructions, issuing visitor badges, maintaining the reception area clean, and communicating irregularities. Accepting packages, sorting mail, and keeping space tidy throughout the day. Oversee day-to-day office tasks and make sure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Take appropriate action and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
    The good thingsI was able to enhance my communication skills since we were on the frontline. I am eager to work every day because I am exposed to the applicants whom I love assisting.
    The challengesI am assigned to our admin and facilities. The challenges might be instant problems like there's a leakage in the ceiling, not cooling down of the aircon, flooding of the grease trap, and most of all the undisciplined agents.

    You are not allowed to commit any mistake even if there is actually no concrete training to survive on their BuddyBoss project. You should be willing to follow "everything" what the manager says or you are out.

    An overview: working at Sales Rain
    The good things1. It's good to be employed in this company so you can see for yourself if this is the kind of career you want to pursue in the future. 2. The people are friendly and easy to get along with. 3. Locationwise, it's an ideal work area, which is at the heart of Eastwood. 4. Lots of benefits or incentives especially for the salesforce.
    The challenges1. I didn't like the \"graveyard shift\" per se. I would rather be in the morning shift. 2. Management is open enough to listen to suggestions but do not expect these suggestions would all be implemented. What is important is that you let them hear your \"voice\". 3. I don't agree with Team leaders using \"trash talk\" to further encourage their Agents to do better with their job. Its degrading.
