    Incredible!
    The good thingsThey gave me the opportunity to become a customer service advocate/representative even though I didn't have an experience on BPO before.
    The challengesBased on my experience there's a lot of challenges working in this industry, but those are manageable, working on graveyard shift, going to work even though you have only few hours of sleep, waked up in the evening and sleep in the morning, taking care of irate customers and more.
