    The good thingsThe people here were very friendly. The superiors will definitely support you even though you think you were picked on sometimes. However, you have the change the way you think, they only want the best for your job and the company. As the time goes by, you can see your improvement and will be praised a lot not only by your superiors but also with your executives.
    The challengesThe fast learning phase of the company will give you so much stress but it will give you a challenge that you will never forget. It will help you grow as a matured person.
