As an applicant, you deserve to know if you passed or not. However, after my final interview, I didn't hear anything from them anymore. I would appreciate any feedback as long as I know where to stand. But they just left you hanging mid air. Without any feedback or result. Worst hiring procedure.

The good thingsI stayed at the company for a very long time though I must say that the experience and environment is good my salary did not grow that much.
