As an applicant, you deserve to know if you passed or not. However, after my final interview, I didn't hear anything from them anymore. I would appreciate any feedback as long as I know where to stand. But they just left you hanging mid air. Without any feedback or result. Worst hiring procedure.
The good thingsThere are no good things I could provide.
    The challengesTheir recruiting process

Very good. I like my job as an underwriter. Non voice plus it's very related to my nursing course.
The good thingsThe job itself. I like the summarizing of medical documents. My colleagues and superiors are kind too.
The challengesThe management is always having trouble with the hybrid setup and scheduling of work from home employees.

My second home for almost a decade, first time I enjoyed working due to great colleagues and some supportive managers.
The good things- pro employee - open door policy - you can talk to HR, Managers anytime when you have concerns - annual salary increase - schedule (day shift) - good account
The challenges- the commute - long hours of work during peak seasons - a bit of politics (more on the immediate managers)

    Few pros, full of cons
The good thingsHealthcare Insurance can cover senior citizen dependents.
The challengesPolitics, No incentives and RnR. We were told that we are on Dayshift during job interview and job offer but during production, we were moved to Graveyard shift. 2-3 hours overtime needs to be rendered everyday ever since we were moved to production. No work-life balance.

The challengesMonthly rotating shifts(morning and night shift), somewhat inexcusable/mandatory PT/Overtime.

Great company and colleagues but exhausting.
The good thingsThis company is good when it comes to the benefits, allowances, and bonuses, The colleagues and superiors are also understanding and influences you on how to improve as an employer and designer. The bosses is always transparent of what's happening in the company and updates you with your performance with the team. They also gives you pointers for improvement and won't give up on helping you succeed on your tasks.
The challengesFirst is the schedule. They have graveyard shifts. You will work from either 8pm-5am, 10pm-7am, or worse 12am-9am. This shifts are very unhealthy for me. As it gave me headaches and problems on eating and sleeping. Second is the grading system. Which is very strict. You should not have an error twice or else you fail; and if you fail, you have to fill out a memo that will be given by your manager. You have to work very hard. Like no other things should get you out of focus or else you'll fail. It is very hard to pass specialy when you are on a night shift, when you work with a headache and thight deadlines.

Challenging but no room for growth
The good thingsNice co-workers. Higher management listens to suggestions and grievances. Open door policy with higher level management. Weekend day off. With annual salary increase. Regular activities that will promote camaraderie with other employees like games, sports
The challengesWork is stressful but no place to rest and relax considering this is a BPO company. Middle level management is not open to suggestions or feedback from rank and file employees. If a job position is open, management prefers to get from outside, rather than promoting someone.
