Great company and colleagues but exhausting.The good thingsThis company is good when it comes to the benefits, allowances, and bonuses, The colleagues and superiors are also understanding and influences you on how to improve as an employer and designer. The bosses is always transparent of what's happening in the company and updates you with your performance with the team. They also gives you pointers for improvement and won't give up on helping you succeed on your tasks.
The challengesFirst is the schedule. They have graveyard shifts. You will work from either 8pm-5am, 10pm-7am, or worse 12am-9am. This shifts are very unhealthy for me. As it gave me headaches and problems on eating and sleeping. Second is the grading system. Which is very strict. You should not have an error twice or else you fail; and if you fail, you have to fill out a memo that will be given by your manager. You have to work very hard. Like no other things should get you out of focus or else you'll fail. It is very hard to pass specialy when you are on a night shift, when you work with a headache and thight deadlines.
