    Not a great place to work
    The good thingsThe people are great
    The challengesThe office does not look.good as well as the ambiance, very old. Benefits are not competitive. They do not look like a multinaltional company because of the office ambiance very 80's style.. I wish they offer allowances, and performance bonus like other logistics company.

    The good thingsWhat great with this company is its program for the employees - The Provident Fund, wherein once you've contributed 6months (according to the computation of your salary), the employees will be entitled to Loans with different categories with very minimal interest to pay. The company has a clear set of rules and regulations, although others have too, Royal Cargo is a very systematic organization.
    The challengesNothing as of the moment. Everything falls above expectations from an ideal employer.
