    The challengesThe office does not look.good as well as the ambiance, very old. Benefits are not competitive. They do not look like a multinaltional company because of the office ambiance very 80's style.. I wish they offer allowances, and performance bonus like other logistics company.

    Working in Royal Cargo is very challenging but still, I have learned a lot from my experiences in the company and have developed such skills that can be helpful in my future career/endeavor

    The good thingsThey encourage their employee to be better when one is at its weakness. They help each other with every tasks that needs to be done. I enjoy every holidays because they make sure that their employee has to experience the best venue, the great ambiance when there is company outing and Christmas party.

The Top Management are open to all significant ideas being shared even by the rank and file.
    The challengesBeing a Logistics Company, other Business Unit like trucking or forwarding needs further investment to maintain the quality since getting 3rd party might compromise the commitment to best serve the customers. A bit of enhancement towards various Sales Team to more specific about targeting and segmenting the potential customers. And of course improvement of coordination among different Business Unit.
