    The company observes utmost professionalism and high respect to its employees.
    The good thingsI have a good working relations with the company president and members of the board. They have high respect on me as area operations manager and support me well whenever I have struggles pertaining to my field of work.
    The challengesSince I am overseeing five branches operationally, it is quite draining and very stressful on my part especially the travelling from one branch to another within the day or every day.

    The good thingsThe people are great and easy to get along with. For my field, it can be a little restricting, but it also challenges me to be more creative. As for other departments, it can surely be overwhelming, but it's not all bad. And as stated, the best thing about this company is the people.
    The challengesBeing restricted and having bosses who can be a little demanding. Sometimes, the situation becomes frustrating and I've done a lot of things that are not supposed to be part of my job anymore.
