    The Company is good, opportunities for career development if very scarce for technician like me.
    The good thingsGood benefits and salary for starting a career.
    The challengesIf you are a graduate of a 2-3 year technical or vocational course, opportunities for career development if very scarce. You will find it hard to be promoted. They will promote you at least 3 times in your whole career. The bosses will want you to work more than what they pay you.
