Roche is a good company but unfortunately they hire incompetent leaders
The good thingsValues and mission of the company, people are ok, free lunch, business travels, salary is okay, HMO coverage tho only employee is free
The challengesA lot of challenges as there are a lot of things and processes to put in place. Fast paced environment that the affiliate can’t adapt quickly. Leaders who are supposed to lead their team are most often than not the people who don’t follow guidelines and policies. At times, some feel so entitled because they’ve been in the company for years. Management enjoys hiring external talents, they don’t even have plans to develop their internal talents. No transparency.
