Roche is a good company but unfortunately they hire incompetent leaders
The good thingsValues and mission of the company, people are ok, free lunch, business travels, salary is okay, HMO coverage tho only employee is free
The challengesA lot of challenges as there are a lot of things and processes to put in place. Fast paced environment that the affiliate can’t adapt quickly. Leaders who are supposed to lead their team are most often than not the people who don’t follow guidelines and policies. At times, some feel so entitled because they’ve been in the company for years. Management enjoys hiring external talents, they don’t even have plans to develop their internal talents. No transparency.

The good thingsI had a very extensive marketing exposure and experience. They allow me to travel and attend relevant conventions here and abroad. They challenge me in my marketing proposals and implementation monitoring

The good thingsIts the people that i am working with in our division is the reason of my stay in the company. Also the develolmental plans for their people personal and professional is one the best thing thia company offers before 2008.
The challengesThe most difficult challenges happened during my time is the changes of the GEneral Manager, we had 4 GM in one year and each GM would want to implemet different leadership styles with different vision in the company which gave a hard time for the people working with the company to cope with.
