    lack of empathy towards store employee (operation).
    The good thingsthe work itself is fun, challenging, it has team work.
    The challengesover work employee, all around even if you're an officer due to lack of manpower, less support from head office, immediate head are toxic, they don't listen to your concern, low salary, often times newly hired are more compensated compare to the old employee, yearly increased of P400-500, poor recognition of their employee's effort. I wont recommend this company due to lack of empathy to their employee and doesn't care if the store is in need of manpower. abusiv e to their merchandiser.

    The good thingsI just love my work.in my years of stay for 5yrs.but as years flow i realized i need to look for a higher rate that can be a preparation for my future.because specifically speaking my salary now is not enough for my daily needs.
    The challengesIn my position i think everyday is a challenge for me because holding all cash accountabilities of the company is like a life extra careful that every now and then all your cash must be intact.And be thankful that i consistently made my job well through the help of our almighty god.
