    Possibly a PR nightmare.
    The good thingsPlace itself is accessible to transport 24/7.
    The challengesThere are a number of challenges working for this specific site (possibly the specific account too), number one being the lack of properly working equipment. Aside from that, the lack of planning on the operations part regarding workstations is a nightmare (you'd setup at one place and have to go back 15-30 minutes early from lunch cause surprise, you're moving to a different part of the production area). One more is the lack of proper ventilation in the entrance lobby, as well as very slow elevators. Lastly, pretty lowball offers regardless of experience.

    Loving My Journey Being a Call Center Agent and Virtual Assistant Feels Like Home
    The good thingsI love dancing and playing guitar, which help me stay energized and focused. I also enjoy working with my PC whether it’s learning new software or organizing tasks efficiently which aligns well with the technical side of a call center job. Most importantly, I truly value working in a team. I find it motivating to collaborate, share ideas, and support one another to reach common goals. That’s one of the reasons I'm drawn to the call center environment it combines communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, all things I genuinely enjoy.
    The challengesWhat I don't like is feeling unproductive or not giving my best in my job. I take pride in being responsible, so it bothers me if I ever feel like I’m not fulfilling my duties or falling short of expectations. I also don’t like being in a position where I can't support my family’s needs it's a big motivation for me to stay committed and always push to do better. For me, not finishing what I started or leaving tasks incomplete is something I really try to avoid.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of the people behind our account, especially the bosses and colleagues, we work harmoniously and you can improve more in terms of skills. There is a lot of opportunities for promotion and if they can see a potential on your skills and capabilities, they will give you a chance to get promoted.
    The challengesThe challenge sometimes is the tool that we use, i think there should be an upgrade with the tool because it becomes inconvenient on our part when you want to get the job done right away and it will reduce customer's effort. I think this company can improve more in terms of services that they cater to their customer.
