    I am an Engineer with 4 year experience in the company.
    The good thingsDependable co-workers and good learning environment for fresh graduates.
    The challengesHMO is only applicable to be 5yrs to up employees. Stress varies per site deployment. No proper evaluation for evaluation work performance.

    Working with them is OK
    The good thingsThe management is approachable. They will hear you out. They will look into your potentials and trust you. If you got the better supervisor, you will really learn. They provide weekly meal allowance and reimbursements.
    The challengesNo health card yet. Salary increase is okay, but sometimes you need to tell them. Salary is experience over loyalty. Sometimes, you feel unfair because work load is greater than the salary. No team buildings/company outing. No other bonuses aside from 13th month pay.
