    Not recommended to work.
The good thingsGood in benefits but not in compensation itself.
The challengesAlways OTY, when we request/filed over time the manager ask if that is worth for over time. Since our bc before are huge bc, expectedly there's a lot of transaction. Even papers that we used for reports are also a big deal. Easily deduct if you're late but doesn't pay for over time. Toxic Envi.

The starting salary was not enough to pay the bills. Everybody sells. They provide good training (especially for sales employees) but very little to no future for career growth and development especially for employees under operations.
The good thingsThe company wants the employees to be fully equipped with banking technicalities. Providing good training (especially for sales employees). Acknowledgement of branches with good feedback from clients. The salespeople have wider opportunities
The challenges- There is very little to no future for career growth and development especially for employees under operations. - The work is repetitive and stagnant, there are few chances for promotions, and it takes many years to be promoted because of limited higher positions. - Some supervisors lack consideration for subordinates under difficult situations unrelated to banking (i.e. family matters, health problems, etc.) - Lack of manpower - Replies to reported client complaints. They are very strict about this. - Whole-day online meetings were conducted on Saturdays with no pay.
