The salespeople have wider opportunities
The challenges- There is very little to no future for career growth and development especially for employees under operations.
- The work is repetitive and stagnant, there are few chances for promotions, and it takes many years to be promoted because of limited higher positions.
- Some supervisors lack consideration for subordinates under difficult situations unrelated to banking (i.e. family matters, health problems, etc.)
- Lack of manpower
- Replies to reported client complaints. They are very strict about this.
- Whole-day online meetings were conducted on Saturdays with no pay.
