The challengesThe management is worst. Delayed allowances, delayed commission, reimbursement kahit maaga kaming nagsusubmit ng mga reimbursements.

The good thingsif you continue to build and develop your talent, it will eventually be rewarded. there has been evident correlation between long service, improved skills and promotion in this company.
even the warehouse people who have been loyal and trustworthy outdo in salary shortlived flash in the pan employees whose demand far outweigh their real competence.
