Love your Employees and the Employees will Love you
The good thingsThere are so many progressive companies to work at but stay away from Ritegroup
The challengesThis employer should learn to love their employees if they want to be successful. Their products are hard to sell due to high-pricing and lack of support from end-users

Social Media OfficerThank you for your comment. As in any company, there should be no room for negativity and lack of positive engagement. Some maybe are just here for the money. Keep the culture and their world will get smaller and smaller.

if you are looking for high salary - develop, your skills, be trustworthy
The good thingsif you continue to build and develop your talent, it will eventually be rewarded. there has been evident correlation between long service, improved skills and promotion in this company. even the warehouse people who have been loyal and trustworthy outdo in salary shortlived flash in the pan employees whose demand far outweigh their real competence.
The challengesno big challenge for the honest worker. just do your assignment honestly

Social Media OfficerThank you. You just described some of the core values of the company - trust, honesty, skill.

Social Media OfficerThank you. You are correct. Lazy, non-performer and mediocre will not be comfortable in this environment and unlike you will probably rate this company 1 star.

The good thingsthere will be pressure if you have no performance you are not rewarded for just being there
The challengesjust the normal challenges if you want to excel which could be very difficult for the pretenders

The management and culture is terrible. A worse company.
The good thingsI never enjoyed the management, the culture and the system of the company
The challengesThe management is selfish. It treats employees unfairly.
    1 person found this helpful
SocMed OfficerYour English is terrible. First, allow us to teach you English. For a manager, you should know that when you say “management and culture”, the nouns are plural, thus use “are”, not “is”. Further, when you say worse, it is compared against another, hence, worse than what? Having said so, we wonder how you can evaluate company culture and system when simple grammar is an extra challenge to you. At any rate, congratulations on your next “fortunate” company and its management - for you to enjoy and for hiring you as their new manager to help them elevate their culture and systems - and managerial grammar.

Stressful Company - Are you In or Out?
The good thingsOnly good for experience but not for long-term
The challengesOwners are close-fisted so employees cannot expect benefits and financial assistance
    1 person found this helpful
SocMed OfficerWe also noticed that some employees are good only in the beginning and not for long-term. It took us 6 years to step you up just one rank. If you find the company stressful, as the saying goes, difficult times separate the men from the boys. Maybe this is more understandable to you: When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. If you need financial assistance, freebies and ayuda, try DSWD, then PCSO.

If You Are Looking For a HIGH SALARY, this company is NOT FOR YOU
The good thingsGreat salary means great responsibilities haha
The challengesIf you see they’re hiring, run for your life
HR StaffFirst, the company never had a General Manager much less a General Manager for 10 years. You must be fake. Second, it appears you are looking only for high salary. Your true color came out as you only want great salary without great responsibility. Our high salary is only for the competent who takes great responsibility. This company and its salary is indeed not for you if you can’t take pressure and responsibility as a “general manager.”. Curiously, you claim you stayed 10 years. Anyway, We encourage you to keep running until you achieve the life that you want.

Don’t Stay In This Company Look For A Better One
The good thingsCan be good for a stepping stone only but not a company to grow old to.
The challengesMulti-tasking is a way of life that they require their employees. They make working loads heavy for each one. The owner is not considerate of their employee’s welfare.
Social Media OfficerFirst, it’s funny you say “don’t stay” when you stayed 12 years. You are not credible. That it took you 12 years to make us a stepping stone, tells more about you than the company. Just the same, thank you for recognising that somehow we were instrumental that you stepped up. If 12 years is correct you rose from the ranks and was rewarded up to the level of your incompetence. The company cannot help you grow, if you stopped growing yourself. We have done our part to make you grow but you wouldn’t grow anymore. If we can’t make you grow, you will not grow anywhere. If an employee stops growing, ANY environment or system will not be a place to grow old for him. We hope at this time that you already found the “better one” that you will grow old in.

Not A Stable Company to Work At
The good thingsThey have few employees because everybody come and go quickly.
The challengesThe company should learn to value employees and have the company’s income sustainable for employees.
HR StaffFirst, there is no Chief Accountant position in the company, so you are hiding under anonymity. Second, it appears you find the company during the pandemic unstable but you claim to be currently an employee. - and has been an employee for “more than 12 years” in what you consider “unstable company”. It appears the unstable company was able to sustain your lifestyle for 12 years. Unlike many companies who closed during this pandemic, we are still open and has not reduced employees, so we are relatively stable in the midst of this pandemic. Thirdly, you rated the salary low, yet if you were a real employee, you stayed more than 12 years and sustained your lifestyle for12 years in that “low” salary. Anyway, Good luck on your next company.
