I may have some challenges working with Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines during my years there, I am still very grateful for giving me the chance to become a Quantity Surveyor. The good thingsIf you want to start a career in Quantity Surveying with good exposure in vertical structures, Infrastructure, and Land Development, this might be the company for you.
The challengesThe pay is quite low to average compared to other engineering consultancy in the Philippines. They give little to no trainings for career advancement. There is lots of politics in the office. The management is almost non-supportive when it comes to upskilling its workforce. I am not sure if they offer WFH/Hybrid work set-up or if they are full on-site.
