    There are no good things that I experienced with this company. They set up an interview and made me wait for 45 minutes inside the breakout room and no one went back for me to be interviewed. Very unprofessional.

    Not worthy/deserving to be awarded "Great Place to Work"
    The good things- Approachable floor support - Lenient to absences/tardiness - Supportive management
    The challenges- Low salary package. - No free coffee at least to compensate for the low salary. - Malfunctioning equipment on the production floor is not being replaced as soon as possible.

    The job is easy and the pay is good.
    The good thingsI worked with excellent Supports (SME), TL (Managers) and Colleagues.
    The challengesInsufficient agents that's why the breaks & lunch weren't taken on time plus it's very hard to apply for vacation leave.

    Good company with some undetermined agendas within the company itself
    The good thingsA lot of trainings, a lot of modules as well and hands-on training regions within the healthcare account.
    The challengesShifting schedule, undetermined of the employee contract on which if they'll absorb their "probationary employees" after 6 mos.

    The challengesNo opportunities like career growth. I've known people who deserve to get promoted but they prefer the ones that is close to the management.

    Below average to stay in company
    The good thingssalary is good but working task makes you suffocated.
    The challengesyou need to communicate on your own regarding your account. the account are easy to deactivate in a week of non usage. No hierarchical people to help you it just your own. your sacrifice will not looked by the company. THE COMPANY WILL MAKE YOU ROBOT to be multitasking, and even your system unit down it's all your fault. people around your specially the bosses will degrade you.

    Expect greater!
    The good thingsRMI was my home for almost 5 years. They are high in providing their employees growth and career advancements. They are heavy on investing in the talents they have internally, and I am thankful to have been given the humbling opportunity. The facilities, the lounge, pantry, shuttle services, the culture and values are very inspiring.
    The challengesThe pay. Don't get me wrong, but my biggest challenge was the increasing work (which I really love) yet the compensation just stays the same. The annual increases changes Year over year (at leas back in my time). The computers, slow internet connections, the limited access to MS Office, made the job more challenging
