Expect greater!The good thingsRMI was my home for almost 5 years. They are high in providing their employees growth and career advancements. They are heavy on investing in the talents they have internally, and I am thankful to have been given the humbling opportunity.
The facilities, the lounge, pantry, shuttle services, the culture and values are very inspiring.
The challengesThe pay. Don't get me wrong, but my biggest challenge was the increasing work (which I really love) yet the compensation just stays the same. The annual increases changes Year over year (at leas back in my time).
The computers, slow internet connections, the limited access to MS Office, made the job more challenging
