    Overall I love the people where I became part of it but the upper management doesn't give a damn to you. Less vacation leave.
    The good thingsThe pay was good and approachable support.
    The challengesThe facilities are not usable by the agents. They tend to use the word family where in fact the closer you are to the management the more you will be promoted even those who doesn't have enough knowledge on that role.

    I love my company as they give value to all of their employee.
    The good thingsTh people there are friendly, the management showed respect and value their employee
    The challengesMy only challenges working is that you can resist to attend from any gathering because the people there are so friendly which I can say is a good problem.
