The organization has very high attrition rate for internal employees. management does not have any training plans aside from QA training. QA KPI also defeats the purpose of business calls. Closing a deal bares nothing if you fail QA, which in my opinion is very subjective. The good thingsBetter to work for their clients. But to be an internal employee is a big no. The only thing that would be enjoyed is the novelty that one will be working from home.
