The organization has very high attrition rate for internal employees. management does not have any training plans aside from QA training. QA KPI also defeats the purpose of business calls. Closing a deal bares nothing if you fail QA, which in my opinion is very subjective.
The good thingsBetter to work for their clients. But to be an internal employee is a big no. The only thing that would be enjoyed is the novelty that one will be working from home.
The challengesNo off boarding process for internal employees No opportunity for growth. especially, for internal employees High attrition for internal employees

Disappointing and Horrible Application Process. I have completed and passed my 2 interviews and final interview with the client. They promised that I will be starting on March 25 but I received no response. Despite my efforts, I was left in the dark. My application process took 2 months and then they promised AGAIN last week that I will start on May 8 but still no update with the onboarding process. Then May 9 I received an email that the client is doing a reconstruction and will resume by June.
The good thingsI have not experienced any good things as an applicant
The challengesThe communication part is very challenging because they do not provide consistent updates unless you reach out to them first

Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism in Recruitment Process
The good thingsNothing. I had a bad experience in Hiring Process
The challengesI recently went through the recruitment process for [Job Position] at [Company Name] and was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication I experienced. A meeting was scheduled with the hiring manager, but they failed to attend without any explanation. When I followed up, my attempts to reach out were ignored. This left me feeling unvalued and disrespected, and gave me a negative impression of the company. I hope that this issue is addressed and resolved, but I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
I had experience in Cloud Accounting when it comes to importing and importing of data from the local software.
The good thingsThe good things I enjoyed working here is that I had a work balance and this was the first time I had worked from home. I have gained more experience in Computer Technology. Although I am not in line with this kind of industry, they had trainings when it comes to software development. I had a great time with my Australian Client (LEAP). I had a wonderful experience with this company. And thank you for that.
The challengesAs Conversion Consultant, I had challenge working on a legal industry. This was my first time working on a legal industry. I had challenge with the work and I had overcome those challenges. They had trainings and workshop. And with that I can cope with the environment. Giving my best to do my work is giving the best for the client and the company. Thank you this opportunity and God Bless us all!

Decent to pretty good pay depending on the particular job that you got; Professional admin
The good thingsThey always pay on time. I never had to worry about not getting paid for work done which can sometimes be a problem if you work from home. All of the in-house employees that I dealt were polite and accommodating and they really did try to ensure that both the client and I were happy with our work setup at the same time. They can be very strict and thorough with the application and selection process and the home office requirements, but it's what assured me that they approach their work with professionalism despite barely knowing anything about the company.
The challengesNo benefits. The default policy is \"no work, no pay\" although the client can choose to give you paid holidays if they want.

    Excellent!
The good thingsStaffing Consultants are accommodating. Client I've worked with is very generous and kind-hearted. In-house staffs are friendly. Subcons are professionals. Happy environment.
The challengesNon taxable which means no income tax return. No HMO benefit. No leave credits (no work, no pay policy). No 13th month pay.

    Convenience at it's finest.
The good things1. It's great to work remotely. RemoteStaff have a great system and procedure for their subcontractors. The Staffing consultants are great to work with. 2. It's great to work from home. You get to balance work and family. 3. No traffic on a daily basis. You really get to maximize your time.
The challengesThe challenges are the following: 1. Working remotely at home requires a thorough self-discipline. 2. You have to discipline yourself as well, because pay checks are available only on the 5th of the next month. Meaning, no 15 and 30 cut offs.

Working for Remote Staff will give you the necessary skill-set to be competitive in your field.
The good thingsThe learning, and that \"how we do something is just as important as what we are doing\"
The challengesThe major challenge that I had was the \"make it as we go\" kind of thinking. The rules and policies keep changing.

    Beyond what you expect
The good thingsEach part of the team is not just a co-worker but a family. They will push you to your limits and will make you realize you're capable of doing something beyond what you think you can. Aside that, all of the are humble that despite of all the things they already know they'll show you that knowledge shouldn't stop.
The challengesI have nothing negative thoughts to say.

    Perfect work-at-home setup
The good thingsRemote Staff matched me well with a female Australian client who was very helpful and friendly. We worked together very well and I learned a lot about admin work notably managing websites from her. The best part was the opportunity to work at home in a very convenient manner.
The challengesThe major challenge while I was starting was learning the ropes of managing a blog or website. Even with the little knowledge that I had, I was able to learn the right steps through the help of my Australian client who was very helpful and supportive at the same time.
