Reedley International School offers a supportive environment with growth-minded colleagues and kind students and leaders. It has a friendly community of welcoming, smart teachers. The school takes a wholistic, student-focused approach to develop well-mannered students. As an accredited institution, it has coordinated systems and structures in place.
However, some employees feel more training could be provided, especially for teaching students with disabilities and on curriculum and grading. There are also indications the workload can be stressful and compensation may not fully account for the work required.
